2. Acceptance and legal basis
By using this site or ordering, you accept these Terms, issued under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
3. Fixed-fee services and payment
Services are provided on a fixed fee. The fee, scope and timeline are set out in your written order confirmation and change only by written agreement. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, meet agreed deadlines, hold the rights to materials you send us, and use this site lawfully.
5. Withdrawal, complaints and data
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days unless the service was fully performed with your prior consent. Send withdrawals or complaints to contact@brixalium.com. You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Personal data is processed with consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.
6. Liability and governing law
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the affected service; we are not liable for indirect loss. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Ukrainian law governs.
